Rousselot is a global leader in the production of gelatin for the pharmaceutical, food, and nutritional industries.
The project is carried out in the gelatin and collagen manufacturing plant. The final product is obtained from the gelatin attached to pig skin and thanks to the application of a series of chemical processes. The project seeks to improve the odor of the product.
Automation of this new demineralization process, and its integration within the plant’s production control system. Abundant and complex control loops. Historization of critical process values, as well as operator actions. A validation system is incorporated so that operators, through the InTouch screens, can validate the conditions before some of the most critical steps.
